The best blooms on this variety are breathtaking. Deeply cupped, fluted and ‘old world', some blooms will open out like large dahlias, but look at home in both modern and heritage gardens. The notable fragrance is variable from medium to very strong, evoking a sweet and spicy citrus. The colour is more a lemon gold, making it a little lighter than ‘Gina' and the overall growth is shorter. It flowers well. Released in conjunction with Diabetes Australia, its name comes from their quarterly magazine. |
